The Unholy Alliance between the Democrats and the Teachers’ Unions

According to a Feb 19 article in Breitbart: United States Parents Involved in Education (USPIE) has produced Truth and Lies in American Education, a documentary film focused on what the coalition of parents says is “the scheme behind the workforce development model of education and liberal indoctrination of children in government schools.” Breitbart’s article on Truth and Lies in American Education is eye opening and informative. What’s missing, however, from this documentary is failing to point the finger at the single most important cause of the decline and totalitarian nature of America’s education system – and that is –  the unholy alliance between the Democrats and the Teacher’s unions. Nationalizing education is simply too big a target for Marxists. To anyone who bothers to look, the key planks in the Communist Manifesto are the Graduated income tax and Free Govt Education. That is, Marx’s goal was to control you economically. Indoctrinate your children. And a key to making this happen is the unholy alliance between the Teacher’s Unions and the Dem Party. And a quality education has been replaced by mediocrity and the Marxist agenda – revisionist History, LGBTQ propaganda, and turning students into Democrat Socialist activists. That part of the documentary is spot on. The problem is not identifying the money trail that follows this unholy relationship between the Dem Party and teachers’ unions. Dems provide for the teachers’ unions and the unions reciprocate by donating large sums to the Democrats. Until this unholy alliance is stopped, not much will change. The Dems are not just leaning left – they are and have been Marxists for over a century, calling themselves the more palatable deceptive terms “liberal” or “progressive”. They are neither. The GOP has been too slow in the battle of words and have allowed the illiberal locusts of the left to control language. You can get rid of the Dept of Education but that won’t stop the Dem Marxists and their teachers’ unions from continuing their march to indoctrinate and control.
