The perversity of the Teachers’ Unions and the State of California needs immediate investigation by the Federal Government. Breitbart has just chronicled a candidate for “Teacher of the Year” in California who was just busted for propositioning who he thought was an under age student.
According to a statement by the San Jose Police Department:
On the evening of February 3, 2026, Suspect Guzman started to communicate with who he believed was a 13-year-old juvenile male. The suspect acknowledged the child was underage and told the minor that he wanted to engage in sexual acts, further enticing the minor by offering money in exchange. Suspect Guzman arranged to pick up the child in the city of San José but when he arrived, he was apprehended by Officers with the SJPD Covert Response Unit who immediately took him into custody.
Staff at the school were in shock over the arrest. How about blind is more accurate.
“While this is deeply upsetting, it does not reflect who we are as a school,” Sunrise Principal Teresa Robinson told ABC7. “He was a highly regarded teacher and administrator. Again, there was nothing in his work record or his prior work record, said other schools to indicate anything had any problems with his work.”
Sorry, but this is no doubt not an isolated occurrence. Every teacher, substitute, or adult in a school setting in California must go through both a Sexual Harassment on line course as well as a course that outlines how to spot “grooming” behavior of sexual predators and warning that there are fines and potential dismissal for those that FAIL to report grooming behavior. It is highly likely there were signs that this was guy was grooming kids and was a pervert – but political correctness run amok has turned those who might normally report this behavior into compliant indoctrinated accomplices – too afraid to say anything or potentially lose promotions or even their job.
Due to new rules that promote Transitioning of middle schoolers and even elementary school children in California schools – coupled with literally NO standards for dress (hence, teachers or substitutes literally get fired for “body shaming” half naked females for even suggesting that their clothing is inappropriate) – the schools have now become the groomers – not just the isolated pervert who worms his way into the school system. The reality is that the State of California and especially some incredibly lax school districts have actually changed their standards to make “body shaming” – telling a student to dress appropriately and NOT be sexually provocative is a crime punishable by dismissal.
As a substitute teacher I told one half naked girl walking in front of me before the class started, who was about to turn up the heat on the thermostat – “perhaps you could solve your problem if you wore more clothes”. After that period ended – the principal came to the next class and dismissed me. No explanation – but it must have been for “body shaming”. I have been black balled from this school district and others – I assume because of this comment – or my age, or disability or the fact that I am an older conservative white male. This incident happened in the very High School Newsom matriculated from in Marin County! I am in the process of a Civil Rights Claim. I’ll have to wait until June before the state of California gets around to begin the investigation. It could be interesting. But the State of California and their Teachers Unions are truly out of control – and the answer quite simply is a Federal investigation and action to stop this insanity coming from the teachers’ unions and their lax and pernicious standards.
But hope springs eternal in my case that I will get some sort of justice – but my loss at my age is not just monetary – although it helps pay Marin County’s outrageous utility bills – it is the connection I have made with students is something I miss and hope to be able to have again in those districts where I have built up positive relationships if these corrupt Teachers Unions and school districts are held to account for their perversion.
This case in San Jose is just about one pervert. But it is not a coincidence that Guzman originally comes from a third world country where pedophilia is either ignored or actually accepted as a norm. This is just one of the many reasons that Americans should have more control over immigration – not just to prevent drug smuggling and cartels, human trafficking, and crime – but also to make schools safe from sexual predators both within and out of the school system.
And now the LGBQ movement which was beginning to get more acceptance as a viable lifestyle – has now been compromised and damaged in eyes of most normal straight people by the Trans movement which is targeting children and being normalized in our Teachers Union State run public schools. This is just one pervert. The entire Trans movement is “grooming” middle schoolers and younger sexually. Every teacher in California is required to take an on line class on reporting sexual predators who groom children for sex. The entire Trans movement in California is recruiting and grooming children. Under the Trans movement they are encouraging not just the insanity of incomprehensible pronouns, but chemical castration and genital mutilation – and in many districts without informing parents of their actions. Teachers who don’t get their “pronouns” right are threatened with termination and intimidated into accepting this insanity! Teachers Unions must be investigated and brought to justice – not just this single pervert!
