To quote Victor Davis Hanson: “No wonder the identity politics industry now strains to attach prefixes such as “systemic” or “implicit” to “racism,” or “micro” to “aggression,” purportedly to ferret out bias that otherwise is not apparent.”
The facts are if there is any bias in the system it seems to be against Whites and Jews. As far as a term like “Equity”, it is clear that it is meant to replace the MLK’s concept of “judge a person by their character – not the color of their skin”. Equity is clearly a Marxist term to insure “equal outcomes” rather than the American capitalist notion of “equal opportunity”. Micro aggression is a catch all phrase that literally allows the non-white to label anything that a White person says to be interpreted as “aggression” and therefore racist.
