People ask why so many companies are paying money to domestic terrorists BLM and Antifa? It seems that many of these corporations are either run by radical leftists like Schultz and Johnson at Starbucks or they’re afraid of the thugs and would rather pay extortion to prevent bad press or destruction to their business. It’s much like the protection racket of the Mafia. These companies would rather pay protection money – especially when their local police have been undermined by their local politicians. For example, after burning down a Target in Minnesota, then corporate gets a call from Susan Rosenberg, herself a convicted domestic terrorist pardoned by Bill Clinton his last day in office, saying that she can reach out to BLM and Antifa for them to make sure no more stores get targeted. And the closer to a million dollar donation, the more I can assure you that the targeting of Target will stop!
Some folks think a boycott of these companies whether political sympathizers or simply trying to stop the damage, is the way to go. But a boycott of those companies that donate to domestic terrorists is only a small part of what needs to be done. The real Holy Grail for turning things around is to focus on the corrupt Congress and finally pass a constitutional amendment for Congressional Term limits. Draining the swamp starts with getting rid of all the corruption in the elected part of the government, then focusing on the permanent un-elected bureaucrat class after term limits is in place. But this is just a start because you still have corrupt local and state officials who have no problem watching their cities burn to the ground, businesses looted as long as they think it will help their political future and help get rid of big bad Orange man. Local and state politicians also need term limits.
Other things like reforming the pathetic education system is high on the list as well. It is past time to get rid of the unholy relationship between teachers’ unions and the democrat party. It is time to make Marxist Universities become responsible for student loans and thereby putting economic pressure on them to have a more quality product. Get rid of worthless “liberal arts” programs and yes, getting rid of tenure might help make Universities truly diverse. Because as it stands now, a Conservative white male professor on a University campus is as rare as water in the desert. White male college professors on college campuses are allowed only if they’re to the far left of Karl Marx.
Then there are things like breaking up Trillion-dollar market cap Amazon and Google – in order to make social media companies conform to the same regulations as broadcast media. The loophole Section 230 of Social Decency Act gives Internet companies the “freedom” to censor policies and ideas they don’t agree with all under big lie of Internet “freedom” when it has become clear that Google by itself with its strangle hold on Internet searches has the power to rig any election by what they allow to be seen on their monopolist search engine. Like Standard Oil a century ago, Amazon and Google have reached such a monopolist state and control over so much they need to be busted up and competition restored. And unlike Standard Oil which did in fact control many industries like a giant octopus but had little control over the press that vilified them in cartoons and eventually forced the government to break up its monopoly status, Google can actually influence elections – an even more obvious direct threat to our Republic than just a greedy robber baron like JD Rockefeller.
And the 6 Media crime families must be broken up and heavily regulated as they control 90% of what we see. You can also see how they are tied into Hollywood – Time-Warner, Disney-ABC, Newscorp-Fox. Yes, Mr. Conservative. Even the Murdochs are one of the media crime families.
But it all starts with Term limits. Tell me how a hair-sniffing senile plagiarist like Biden with a half century in politics, being the shill of credit card companies, and of absolutely being on the wrong side of almost every issue (he even was the one guy who didn’t want to take out Bin Laden) – could actually become president? The system is broken and the only remedy possible short of Civil War – is an Article V Convention of States – Mason’s contribution that has never been used. That is, use the States to both propose and ratify an amendment bypassing the corrupt congress which will never set term limits on themselves – but were happy to do it on the Imperial President FDR with our 22nd amendment. We need 2/3 to propose and as with all amendments 3/4 to ratify…34 and 38…a steep hurdle, but if we could ever make that happen, it could save the Republic. Without term limits, and real reform in the areas mentioned above, this Republic will eventually fall just like all the great Republics of the past. As a pessimist and a realist, I see the time is getting closer where the Great American Republic will share the same fate as Rome. I wonder who will be the next Gibbon to chronicle the Rise and Fall of the American Republic?
