Yes, Mr. and Mrs. America, as well as all you Gender binary confused folks in this here Divided States of America, by a 5-2 Vote, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court rejected Trump’s lawyers’ claim that GOP observers were kept away from seeing vote tabulation by more than 15 feet and therefore this egregious act violated the election law. Hmm. I wonder how they arrived at that conclusion? Many GOP observers in Philly were actually kept outside for days and I suspect that once these oh so honest dem vote tabulators had accomplished the proper amount of fraudulent fixing, the GOP observers were then allowed in to see, well nothing. If there were shenanigans and of course there were, too late comrade. Everything is already fixed. See, no problem.
You see, the Scum in Black Robes, no doubt partisan Democrat hacks, made the astute observation, that no distance requirement is actually stated in the law – they just need to be allowed in the room. Of course, in Philly they were indeed allowed in the room – only a few days too late. But not to worry. The PA Supreme Court has upheld the law. So, logic tells me that Philly has an issue by not letting them in the room while they were actually counting. That could be a problem, but it didn’t seem to bother the partisan hacks in the State Supreme court. And yes, there is no distance required, but again logic would dictate the distance would have to be a reasonable length so someone with normal vision would actually be able see what’s going on – or why bother with the charade of having observers at all? Sure, there was fraud. Sure, it was unfair, but not to worry. As long as you have John Roberts on the Scotus, I’m sure we will get the same result, or will our new Trump Judges as well as Alito and Thomas rise to the occasion and do the right thing?
