From Breitbart: Antifa rioters continue to plague American cities, but who pays for them?
Seamus Bruner, VP of Research for the Government Accountability Institute (GAI), is just back from a White House panel last week where independent journalists who have covered Antifa’s activities explained their findings for several Cabinet secretaries and President Donald Trump himself, a surprise attendee.
GAI’s crack team of researchers has already uncovered more than $100 million of taxpayer money fed into the protest industrial complex. Bruner shared GAI’s research with the president and the cabinet secretaries tracing the money that enables the rioting by Antifa and its allied groups. Trump was greatly impressed, interrupting Bruner’s presentation to make sure the names of the funding sources GAI has uncovered were shared with Attorney General Pam Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel.
“Well, it’s the taxpayer funding that flows through the funding networks like the Soros funding network, Arabella funding network, Rockefeller and Tides funding networks,” Bruner tells colleagues Peter Schweizer and Eric Eggers on the most recent Drill Down podcast. “Over a hundred million dollars that we’ve found from taxpayer grants have gone to these entities.”
But that as they say, is the proverbial tip of the iceberg. There’s money and infiltration from China and the oil rich Muslim nations. There are the Democrat billionaires like Soros and others that invest in soft on crime DAs and AGs that make it much easier for radical groups like Antifa and BLM to function with limited accountability.
But there is a more fundamental problem: Sanctuary Cities – are “unconstitutional” and have been tolerated by feckless Globalist cheap labor Republicans, one party authoritarian Democrats and squishy illiberal jurists for decades. Hence, we have a “Civil War” that has been going on since the first Sanctuary City was allowed to stand. The only answer that will put an end to this ongoing “war” is for SCOTUS and the Federal Govt to agree that Sanctuary Cities/States are illegal – and then follow the money that funds the insurrectionists indict them convict them and put Sanctuary cities out of business. Schwiezer and others can point fingers at the guilty insurrectionists – but until our Executive and Judicial Depts are clear on the unconstitutionality of Sanctuary cities (Brilliant Marxist Alinsky Orwellian use of language) – nothing will happen. Not holding my breath. Trump has had better luck stopping wars in the Middle East than he will have ending this Civil War that no one has the guts to admit exists.
