I’ve mentioned in other blogs that doing nothing in some cases is as bad or worse than actually doing something that is plainly wrong. Yes, Dred Scott v Sandford and Plessy v Ferguson were truly evil Supreme court rulings where the first legalized slavery and the second segregation. And turning a blind eye to the gender identity and corruption of our presidential election is almost as bad by doing nothing and having no ruling. But perhaps the vilest ruling since those monstrosities of judicial malpractice is a recent ruling where last Tuesday, U.S. District Judge William Orrick III ordered David Daleiden and his associates at Center for Medical Progress (CMP) to pay $13.6 million over the $2 million in damages they were ordered to pay last year for recording the abortion vendor’s officials while they discussed how they harvest the fetal tissue for sale.
So, let’s get this straight. Planned Parenthood and their ghoulish representatives, founded by Eugenicist Margret Sanger, were caught harvesting and selling aborted baby body parts and the undercover journalists who documented this travesty are the ones who are punished? Hmm. Could this country and its courts be more screwed up? Once upon a time there was a First Amendment that gave journalists the right – and even encouraged the brave ones to investigate shady and illegal deals. In fact, I’m quite sure that no one from the failed Mueller probe and Russia Hoax, the Ukraine Hoax or any of the other dodgy deals done by the Dems and their partners in the Deep State and Media will be punished in the slightest no matter how many lies they told – even under oath. In fact, I’m sure they’ve all been rewarded handsomely for doing the dirty work of the deep state and Globalist shills of both parties who did their best to undermine and get rid of Trump.
Back to Ms. Sanger. As a much admired Eugenicist, even acclaimed by the likes of Hitler (yes, he did in fact appreciate her work), she plainly believed that certain races, those of color mainly, were inferior and one of the more humane ways to get rid of them – avoiding messy gas chambers and the like – was simply to put abortion clinics in brown and black neighborhoods. And to this day, her work is quite effective where a higher ratio of black and blown babies are aborted each year than white babies in her Planned Parenthood abortion mills. A study by Protecting Black Lives, in 2012, found that 79 percent of Planned Parenthood’s surgical abortion facilities are located within walking distance of minority communities and white women are five times less likely to have an abortion than black women.
The case started when in November 2019, a jury found the pro-life journalists violated the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), causing significant harm to Planned Parenthood with its video series, and awarded the punitive damages to the abortion provider. You know, kinda like saying that Chicago Sun Times caused significant harm to Al Capone by reporting on his income tax evasion and illegal bootlegging and murders – (though they could only confirm the income tax evasion). Yes, this is how absurd this case is and how it is proceeding. We have now entered an alternate universe where mass murderers in Planned Parenthood who are profiting on butchered aborted dead babies – are sanctified, and honest journalists who use video evidence to prove evil wrong doing are punished.
The message is clear. Stay away from our right to choose to murder our babies or we’ll make you pay!
