I thought he was one of the good guys. I guess I was wrong. From hero to zero in one stupid act of moral cowardice. Tom Cotton’s justification for not standing with Trump and 12 of his fellow GOP colleagues objecting to the 2020 Presidential election fiasco is due to some silly notion that standing up to this farce of an election would be a “bad Constitutional precedent”. Are you kidding me? The REAL bad precedent is to Do NOTHING when there is corruption that is fundamentally going to destroy this Republic. And yes, this farce of an election is likely to stand and it is the probable outcome given the fact that the Dems still have the House and most of the GOP senators are bought and paid for by the same Big Tech Tyrants and Media Tyrants that got senile Joe and Willie’s Hoe “elected” in the first place. If this corrupt election is left to stand, no one will ever trust another National election. And no, a congressional investigation AFTER the FACT will not cut it. Yes, in a war, and this is WAR, symbolic acts DO Matter.
The early count shows both Democrats leading in the senate races in Georgia. Yes, more corruption in the absentee ballot counting and wonky signatures especially in Fulton county will in all likelihood give the Democrats control of the senate and therefore the ENTIRE government. You can now officially kiss this Republic good-bye. So, Cotton and others bought and sold by either special interests – like Walmart – who in turn are bought and sold by China, are worried about Constitutional precedents and protocol. Really?
Let’s face it. Our system of government is circling the drain, and this fool is worried about a bad “Constitutional precedent” when the entire Constitution has been eviscerated. The corrupt court system, the tyrants of Tech and Media have stolen an election in plain sight and only a dozen of our 50 GOP senators have the balls to take a stand. Some might say Cotton is owned by Walmart. And Walmart is owned by China. So, that is the most likely explanation. And that more or less leaves us with the conclusion that WE the People no longer have a voice in America. Like other Banana Republics, WE the People are at the mercy of a Ruling Class that no longer values our Founding principles – and especially the voice of the people. We are no longer a Republic of the people, by the people and for the people. We are no longer on Hayek’s Road to Serfdom. We have arrived. The only remaining question is what will the 74 million plus Americans who voted for Trump and the millions more who believe that the election was stolen do about it? Some have said that we are in the midst of a “cold” civil war. I suspect, it will start to heat up after the Dems flood the country with illegals, make DC and Puerto Rico states, do away with the electoral college, pack the courts and essentially make this country a one party tyranny. As Betty Davis warned us in that classic All About Eve – “fasten your seatbelts… it’s going to be a bumpy night”. And likely to be bumpy for quite some time.
