For quite a while Hollywood has been pumping out doomsday movies about alien invaders, flesh eating zombies, cities under water from melting ice, and plagues. If a lowlife immoral leftist scum writer can imagine it – they’ve produced it and polluted your movie screens, your TVs and various devices with those vile images. Funny, but one thing they’ve not really bothered with since about 1983 is the actual doomsday scenario that is altogether possible and all too real – nuclear holocaust. As I have said in my previous blogs, I am not very confident in their “Climate Change” predictions and scare tactics and though some simply call these failed predictions and scare tactics a “hoax” – I’ll just say – they’re wrong and motivated by some unsavory people who don’t care about facts – just their ability to control the masses and gain more wealth and power.
Now that Putin’s invasion of Ukraine appears to have stalled and that the 21st century weapons of defense appear to be very effective against 20th century tanks and tactics – we’ve even heard threats of “tactical or smaller nukes” as an option. So, naturally rather than actually believing that a desperate dictator would actually use nukes – the Media hacks and the fools in congress who preach “no fly zones” and “boots on the ground” are actually setting up a scenario where we may actually be on the precipice of a nuclear war.
In 1983, a filmmaker produced perhaps the most graphic vision of what a nuclear holocaust would actually look like. Pretty grewsome, flesh rotting and the only things moving – of course, cockroaches. They and worst of the worst N.Y. Times propagandists, they’ll survive even a nuclear holocaust. I remember the more subtle and scary 1959 movie, On the Beach – where the only survivors are Gregory Peck and Ava Gardner and a few others are either in the Southern hemisphere where the fallout hasn’t arrived yet or on the submarine away from the fallout. In many ways, it is scarier than just seeing burned mutilated bodies – especially today. Given the horror that the average video game teen sees – I don’t suspect that the Nicholas Meyer 1983 Graphic nuclear holocaust movie would have much impact. In a typically skewed lefties article in Yahoo, Reagan and Trump are bad guys – but at least Reagan saw the movie and was upset. That seems to be one of the takeaways from this typical propaganda coming from Verizon and their Yahoos in the press.
Yes, there are RINO puppets of the Military Industrial Complex jumping on the bandwagon for “no fly zones” and “boots on the ground”, but real Reagan conservatives were all about Peace through strength. Reagan and America did not win the “first” Cold war by capitulation and weakness, we won primarily by outspending and outproducing the Communists and after 50 years or so of failures economically – the USSR simply ceased to be able to compete, to exist – Eastern Europe was freed, and yes, Gorbachev did tear down that Berlin wall. Of course, none of this is mentioned in this article. Just the usual – Reagan, Trump bad. It is true that Trump backed out of the 1987 treaty with Russia – but of course, the article failed to mention that Putin essentially wasn’t abiding by the treaty. Actually, it was Obama in 2008 that accused Putin of violating the 1987 Treaty. Funny how the illiberal locusts of the left never actually give us the facts, only their biased views. Of course, the weak Obama regime, did nothing and Russia and Putin’s unsanctioned tests of nuclear cruise missiles continued until Trump put pressure on Putin. Trump is the bad guy, but Trump was doing what he could to put Vlad the Cad on notice – not simply let him get away with violations of the treaty.
In any event, this is typical of the illiberal left and most of the elected officials of both parties. They kick the can down the road and let someone else do the dirty work. And of course, there’s “projection” – as in Freudian. Freud defined “projection” as: a defense mechanism where people avoid confronting their negative behavior by “projecting” those feelings onto others. Well, it is actually more insidious than simply a psychological phenomenon of the Left. The puppet masters know exactly what they are doing. Manipulating the language is their game. Take the highly political “genius” linguist Chomsky. He, like many of the more vile leftists, know exactly how to manipulate and disseminate “misinformation” and yet make it all about their enemies on the Conservative right. Here Meyer throws out one of the two or three favorite pejoratives and accusations thrown at anyone who stands in opposition to their Hollier than Thou position of the left – “fascist”. See, that is easy. Just say the word. Say “Hitler” if you are truly talking to a woke stupid University crowd, but for the masses “fascist” will do. Don’t bother to give any examples of how exactly Trump or his policies were “fascistic”. Just say the word as Meyer did in this article. And if that one doesn’t stick there is the all purpose “racist” card. After all, since the Democrats took credit for the Civil Rights Act of 1964 – the real racists in the Democrat Party – including of course, KKK Byrd – not just a racist from the glorious racist past of the Democrat party – the Party that supported Slavery during the Civil War, the Party for over a hundred years supported Segregation – a rather recent “reformed” racist praised by even Barack Hussein Obama when he passed to that piece of hell reserved for KKK members.
Like their ability to turn their racist past around and win over the majority of Black voters by giving them permanent victimhood status, one day I bet they’d even make an unqualified black female a supreme court judge – even though she wouldn’t be able to answer the question about what a female was. Too controversial. We have to have the 99% of the population not Trans or LBGTQ or woke confused about their sex and gender. Can’t have a rational electorate if you want to have Dems and Globalists control the serfs. So when a cabal of Media and Tech Oligarchs are able to silence a sitting president while simultaneously censoring a damning laptop implicating his opponent and his corrupt families dealing with Ukrainian and Chinese Oligarchs – what do you call that? Webster’s definition:
a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition2: a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control.
When the modern Media and Tech are in total alignment, which group had more “severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition”? Trump or Biden’s supporters?
The answer is clear. The Dems, The Globalists are guilty of forcible suppression of the opposition. Once again, the illiberal left calls a “Conservative” Nationalist – fascist. Yet, their party is the one that is clearly guilty of being fascistic!
Meyer never takes into account that Obama left the world a very dangerous place. Putin was breaking the 1987 treaty with impunity. China was on the march in the south China sea. China’s puppet North Korea was shooting missiles in the direction of Japan and threatening Guam. The Paris accord would put huge economic burdens on America but none on China or India – as the Third World and China would continue to massively pollute but only America would be punished. And perhaps worse of all was an insane treaty with a rogue regime in Tehran that preaches death to America and Israel – giving them a guaranteed path to nuclear weapons.
If there were any honest historians left in this age of Tech Media tyrants – Trump’s energy independence, minimizing the flooding of America’s southern border with illegals, drug dealers and human traffickers, Trumps ability to meet with Kim in N. Korea and keep him in check, deal with Putin and keep him in check, end the insane agreement with Iran, and harmful Paris accords would be the hallmark of his success as President. Instead, Meyer and the Yahoo article attempts to compare Trump’s mean tweets – calling the corrupt Media “fake news” – to be on par or as bad as the insane senile remarks from Biden – about “regime change” – getting rid of Putin and stating publicly that he wanted to see U.S. troops in Ukraine. Now that’s going to go over well with Vlad the Cad. What is critically missing from the illiberal left in their “fake news” is the reality that because America was drilling and became energy “independent”, oil was relatively cheap – good for America – and bad for Putin. Putin’s economy was a one trick oil economy. So, who actually did more to keep Putin in check – *Biden or Trump? Many of us find it easy to make the logical jump that Putin felt empowered to invade Ukraine – he could afford it. So called sanctions and tactics to harm the Russian economy be damned – oil would fund this. And why would Putin want to invade in the first place? Perhaps, Ukraine, Crimea and some of the former Soviet states were more important as buffers to protect Russia from perceived aggression from NATO and Europe. Russia has historical knowledge of massive invasions from Europe. Napoleon. Hitler. Wrap your mind around 20 million Russians dying in WWII – many died defending St. Petersburg from the Nazis, and compare that to less than half a million American deaths in all of WWII. Perhaps Russia has some motivation to protect their borders from invasion. You won’t find that in the discussion about how noble Oligarchs in Ukraine are compared to evil Russian Oligarchs. A few years ago even the Yahoos thought Zelensky was not perfect, but as long as Hunter and the Biden crime family were benefiting, better to slow walk it now that *Biden was appointed *POTUS. According to a Yahoo article when Zelensky’s life imitated art becomes President of Ukraine (He played an actor who became president on a popular TV show): “Though Zelensky pegged himself as a crusader against corruption, he’s faced criticism over his relationship with Ukrainian oligarch Ihor Kolomoisky, who owned the TV station that aired the show Zelensky starred in…” As long as he’s one of our Oligarchs – it’s OK. You see, and more importantly, the Trump phone call that asked the new President of Ukraine to “investigate” corruption coming from the former VP Biden and his crime family – was used as the basis of Trump’s “first” “impeachment”. Although Biden and his family were the criminals here, let’s turn it around and change the narrative and make it all about Trump. This would not work if we had a functional Press. But we don’t. We have Tech and Media Oligarchy much more in line with Communist China than the founding principles of the United States of America. Ah, I can see it. Xi and his followers in Communist China smiling watching the pieces of their plan come to fruition: the Wuhan Plague Scamdemic, Trump being dethroned, America sinking ever more into debt and the economy reeling from massive Biden induced (nothing to do with Russia) inflation. My, the CCP couldn’t have seen a better outcome if they actually planned it years before. Of course, only a real conspiracy nut would believe such a thing. I guess I’m one those guys.
So here we are. Precipice of a nuclear war. Not since the Cuban missile crisis has the world been this close to an actual confrontation between the two countries with the largest stockpiles of nukes on the planet. In the end, my optimistic side expects Putin to accept some kind of partial victory, with occupation of Crimea and Odessa in the south and some of the eastern provinces – but the rest of Ukraine in tact. But sadly it will be the beginning of the next Cold War – with China the Senior Partner. If America finally gets that the Communist Chinese are not our friends – maybe in a few decades – America can begin the painful path of returning to its roots as a free country. But my guess is that the 21st Century will indeed be the Chinese Century – and those things like freedom of speech and liberty will have dissipated, evaporated under the cloud of misinformation, projection and lies coming from Communist China’s biggest supporters in Tech, Media and large organizations benefiting from bending the knee to China like the NBA. We see it everyday, censorship and our rights slowly eroded, like so many drips from a faucet, drip, drip, drip… no nuclear Armageddon – just conformity and tyranny – America and our freedoms will end not with a bang but with a whimper – just as fellow cynic T.S. Elliot so famously said before me.
