The WHO in late February, issued a warning that Covid-19 was particularly deadly to the elderly.
Cuomo issued his executive order March 25. Yes, it was deleted from the NY state web site when he back tracked in late May. But several studies demonstrated in March the lethality of Covid for the elderly.

It became widely known by March 30 that Covid killed old people and those with pre-existing conditions – that is, essentially the vast majority of patients in a Nursing Home. Rather than “follow the science”, Cuomo and his fellow Dems didn’t begin to backtrack until late May when the damage was done and thousands died in nursing homes. It’s one thing to make a mistake but to double down when it was shown conclusively that sending Covid patients to nursing homes gave those residents a death sentence is nothing less than criminal. Rather than immediately reversing his decision, Cuomo took over 2 full months – after thousands of deaths – to change his policy. He may have erased his March 25 executive order from the state’s web site, but the evidence of his crime remains. Yet this monster has the gall to pen a pathetic book on what he learned from his masterful handling of the Covid crisis. It is tantamount to Mengele after all of his grizzly experiments, writing a memoir on how much we learned from experimenting on Jews without the bother of an anesthetic. Rather than being contrite, he’ll probably be running for President in 2024.
