Wednesday a federal appellate court ruled that President Trump’s administration can in fact withhold federal funds from sanctuary cities and states that insist on shielding criminal illegal aliens from arrest and deportation. Oh my! What’s a compassionate Democrat to do? Resist, I suppose. On the bright side, I guess that means there might be fewer hit and run accidents. Less drug dealers. Less human traffickers. Less rapes. Less murders. But Power is more important than a little collateral damage on that road to serfdom. What are the Marxists, I mean Dems to do? You can’t have a Socialist utopia if you don’t have enough serfs to pick the grapes, or clean Oprah’s houses, or commit crimes or take jobs away from gringos or lower wages for all those deplorables. I suppose SF and LA can go to Oprah or Bloompolean or Steyer or any number of billionaires to fund their Sanctuary cities. They could secede from the union. Oh wait, they essentially did that the minute they withheld information on criminal aliens from ICE and other Federal officials. So a Kate Steinle is murdered. Not the poor kicked out the country five times illegal’s fault. No! After all to make that great Utopian Socialist omelet you gotta break a few gringo eggs. Although he had the smarts and wherewithal to evade border agents FIVE times and ply his drug trade, a SF court not only did not convict him of murder – they even threw out the weapon’s charge because he was not mentally competent. Hmm. Perhaps the people who are not mentally competent are the Democrats running San Francisco and the rest of the sanctuary cities.
